WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Major Credit Cards, or PayPal Payment. Payment must be received in full before the item is packaged and shipped.

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We ship Worldwide.  Our shipping charge is a flat rate of $7.77 and should arrive within 3-5 business days depending on your location.  International shipping charge is $20.00.

DO YOU PROVIDE INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY?

Yes. We ship worldwide.  Please note our  Custom Duties Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any charges/duties/taxes (customs fees vary from country to country. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees, or duties).  International shipping may take up to 7-14 business days to arrive. During busy seasons and holidays, it can take even longer - please be patient.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Vivi's primary focus is to make sure our customers are receiving the finest quality product possible. All orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping to make sure we maintain a very high level of quality assurance. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

We ship all standard orders via USPS Shipping. All orders will be processed within 48 hours after payment is approved.  Please note we do not ship on Sundays or Federal Holidays. Any orders placed on a  Sunday or holiday will be processed the next business day. 

All Curated Pieces are shipped via Federal Express. 

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING ON LARGE ORDERS?

Yes.  All orders that total $100.00 or over will qualify for free shipping. Please use code : FREESHIP at checkout.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Orders can be tracked by clicking on the link. You will need to have your tracking number in order to track the package. This number can be found in the email confirmation from VIVI. If there are any problems with the delivery status please contact the courier before contacting us. Our liability ends when the package is received by USPS. We are not responsible for issues with the courier.

WHY DOES THE LIABILITY END?

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE ARRIVES DAMAGED?

If your package arrives damaged, please send a photo right away and we will file an insurance claim for replacement.

We insure and provide tracking on every single package but our liability for your parcel ends when it’s confirmed as “delivered” by USPS. If your package is lost or stolen PRIOR to being scanned in as “delivered”, we will have no issue filing a claim. However, if it is lost or stolen AFTER being scanned as “delivered”, there is nothing we can do. Please note that THIS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY and as a small business, we will not be able to file an insurance claim for or replace your order if the tracking number says “delivered”.  If your package is lost please file a claim with USPS by CLICKING HERE

If tracking does not show the item is successfully delivered to you we will file a claim to replace the item. However, if tracking shows delivered a refund or replacement will not be available.
